The area around the villa is sparsely populated and has a particularly rural charm. This holiday home's idyllic garden design is truly without parallel. Binissalem is mostly known for wine production, and there's a farmer's market there every Friday where you can buy local food products. The capital of Palma is only about 25 minutes away by car, and it's also about half an hour to the beaches at Alcúdia and Pollença.
