The beautiful villa "Can Cabell" is located in the north-east of the island, not far from the small fisherman's village Colonia Sant Pere where you can find some extremely nice restaurants along the small foreshore promenade. The well-known small town Artá has a well-stocked supermarket with everything for your daily needs and is around 20 minutes away by car. The fully secluded villa is situated in the heart of a dream-like and completely peaceful estate with an outstanding view of the surrounding land, mountains, and sea. The beautiful, naturally sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina (see photos) is just a few minutes' drive away.
