Set in rural location, between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo, with panoramic views of sea and mountains, on a cultivated plot of almost two hectares, Can Joaquin stretches out in the sun, gazing out at the sea in the distance, garlanded with a chain of mountains at its back. Portocolom, one of the most charming spots on the southeast coast, is just a few minutes away by car. The proximity to the water and the so-called coastal road which runs down to S’Alqueria Blanca make it easy to venture off the beaten track to keep discovering new coves or promenades such as in Cala d’Or. Golf enthusiasts also get their money's worth. The magnificent golf club "Vall D'Dor", just a few minutes away, will exceed your expectations.

The deposit of 1500 Euros is to be paid to the landlord by bank transfer prior to arrival. You will receive the instructions and the bank details of the owner in a separate email before arrival. If the house is without defects at check-out, the deposit will be refunded by the landlord or the property manager by bank transfer (see Booking Conditions)
Ecotasa (Tourist Tax) is already included.
A Group travel cancellation insurance through MDT Insurance can be booked as an option.
