On the outskirts of Muro, the finca "Comuna de Can Rius" is situated in a southern position for six people. The pretty house with the green shutters is surrounded by a large plot of land, to which you have a wonderful view from the covered and sunny terrace areas at the house and around the pool. The road that leads to the 11.4 km bay of Alcúdia, among other places, can be heard acoustically depending on the wind direction. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance.
