The natural stone villa "Es Rafal" with a sea view was fully restored in 2005, and the living/dining and terrace areas were renovated in 2018. It is situated on an 18,000 m² hillside estate between Artà and Son Servera, and provides you with a fantastic view of the sea at the northeast coast of Mallorca. Artà and Son Servera are just around 5 and 9 km away, respectively, and you can reach the beautiful beach of Sa Marjal in just 15 minutes by car.
