The newly built stone villa "Es Triquet" with great interior and with a well-kept garden is located near the city of Binissalem in the Pla de Mallorca and offers a phenomenal view of the Tramuntana mountain range. This rural, beautiful region is full of vineyards, orange and almond trees. You can go to Binissalem to shop for your daily needs; there is a weekly market with regional products on Fridays. Due to the central location, located near an audible road, you can quickly reach the capital of Palma, as well as the beaches, such as Cuidad Jardin.
