The finca is located at the foot of the Serra de Llevant mountain range, 13 km from Artá in the east of Majorca. There are good shopping facilities here. The well-kept coastal settlement of Colònia de Sant Pere with its sailing club, restaurants and chill-out bars is 4 minutes away by car. The southern tip of the Bay of Alcúdia with its long sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
