The two-storey villa "Lenita" with its 7,000 m² estate is located right next to the nature reserve at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has wonderful hiking and mountain biking opportunities right at your doorstep. The picturesque streets of Artà are also definitely worth a trip.
