The new villa "Palmeral" is an exclusive holiday home on the eastern part of the island, close to the small town of Petra. The large natural stone house stretches across a 8,000 m² area, with a superbly vast surrounding estate. Petra is approximately three kilometres away. Here, you will find a few restaurants and small supermarkets. In Sineu, approximately 10 minutes by car, the well-known weekly market takes place every Wednesday. The beautiful beaches of Son Real and Son Serra can be quickly reached with a rental car.
