The broad perspective towards the sea, extending from Costa de los Pinos in the northeast to the so-called Calas de Mallorca in the southeast, can take your breath away! It is only around three kilometres to the nearest beach. You can also reach Cala Millor in no time, where you can have a bite to eat in the evening or stroll on the lovely beach promenade.

The optional use of the heating will be charged on-site in cash (€ 5 / day).
It is possible that in 2022 and 2023 there could be construction work on the adjoining property and, as a result, occasional construction noise. After examining each individual case, the landlord will grant you compensation amounting to 15% for the rental days actually affected by the construction noise. This also applies to bookings that have already been confirmed. The noise must be specifically provable.
