In a rural location near the village of Costitx, you will find the stylish farmhouse "Son Set" with 2,000 m2 of extremely well-kept garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants. The island's capital and the sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia are about half an hour's drive away. In Costitx, about 10 minutes away by car, you can do your shopping, for example on Saturdays at the weekly market there. The centre of Inca is only about 4 km away.

The deposit of 500 Euros is to be paid to the landlord by bank transfer prior to arrival. You will receive the instructions and the bank details of the owner in a separate email before arrival. If the house is without defects at check-out, the deposit will be refunded by the landlord or the property manager by bank transfer (see Booking Conditions)

A Group travel cancellation insurance through MDT Insurance can be booked as an option.
