Its name is attributed to the proximity of the sea as the pretty sandy bay of Cala Santanyi is only a stone's throw away and can also be reached on foot. Everyday purchases can be made in Santanyi where the weekly market is also held every Wednesday. Even the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera is just 1.3 km away, which you can stroll to easily.
