The lovingly-designed villa "Randemar" is situated on the beachfront of Colònia de Sant Pere, on the north eastern side of the island. Merely a garden gate separates the estate from the beach. You can reach the long sandy beaches of the Alcúdia bay in approximately 10 minutes. In Colonia, you can go shopping, stroll around the port, or taste delicious Mediterranean dishes directly by the sea in excellent restaurants. The travel time to the Palma de Mallorca airport with a car is approximately one hour.
