This former fisherman's dwelling, enchantingly located directly by the Cala Santanyí, is called "Sa Barca" and features a private access to the turquoise-coloured, sandy lagoon directly in front of it. It sits at the base of an 800 m² estate that is covered in pine and palm trees. You can actually swim to the sandy beach from here. You can reach bars, restaurants, and supermarkets very quickly by foot.
