Beach Cala Millor
in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (east)
Detailed Description
The beach of Cala Millor in the eponymous tourist centre does not lack anything. There are restaurants, bars, and shops which run along the palm-lined seaside promenade. The beach itself has a lifeguard and offers public showers, toilets, parasols, and sun-lounger rental, as well as countless possibilities for sports on land and at sea. It is cleaned every day and monitored by the Red Cross. Right behind the esplanade lie many large hotels, so many tourists will have the beach practically on their doorstep. To the right of the beach lies a 200-hectare headland with a defence tower from the 17th century. Cars can park around 250 metres from the beach.
