Beach Cala Varques
near Manacor (center)
Detailed Description
The Cala Varques cove offers a beautiful location, skirted by green forests. This stunning beach nestles amidst pristine nature, and there is no urban development to speak of. To get to the beach, drive from Porto Cristo along the MA-4014 and turn into a country lane. Just in front of an iron gate lies a spot for you to park your car. You can also ignore the signpost saying "Private". Follow the track on the other side of the gate for about one kilometre, when you will arrive at the beautiful white sandy beach. There will likely be locals here, and the beach is sometimes used by nudists.
