Beach Platja de es Dolc
near Ses Salines (south)
Detailed Description
Take the well-developed footpath to the east from Colonia de Sant Jordi to reach this beautiful fairytale beach. No estates hamper the spectacle of the beautiful landscape and wood-covered knolls in the background. 300 metres of the coast lies the small island of Na Guardis. This is a great diving site where you can admire the remains of a Punic merchant ship and a Roman galley. The beach is popular with families and children, and can be reached on-foot in five minutes from the nearby car park.
