Portocolom (South)

Portocolom is a popular village for many visitors, as it is the only natural harbour in the whole of Mallorca, with different piers; the old town and ''Sa Bassa Nova''. Bordering the promenade are pastel coloured houses, each with its own jetty. The village is located around one of the largest and most protected bays of the island, it has several beaches, the best of which are Playa S'Arenal, and Cala Marsal. What characterises Portocolom is its beautiful lighthouse, which can be seen from any point in the bay. The village has fantastic parks, and there are many entertainment possibilities within a few kilometres of the village, for example the spectacular golf course of Vall D'Or. Portocolom is one of the most established resorts in Mallorca and offers a wide range of hotels, bars and restaurants.
