In order to rent his private finca on Mallorca all year round, Ralf zur Linde, founded fincallorca in 2006 and created the website www.fincallorca.de. Due to the success of this project, fincallorca GmbH was finally founded in 2008 and the fincallorca portfolio was steadily expanded. Since 2019, fincallorca has been part of the Awaze Group, Europe's leading management company for the rental of holiday and holiday resort accommodation. Awaze operates more than 25 brands, including Novasol, and manages over 110,000 accommodations in 36 countries.
The Product
Fincallorca GmbH (www.fincallorca.de) specialises in the rental of exclusive villas and apartments on Mallorca, offering customers a hand-picked selection of high-class villas alongside personal service. Fincallorca chooses its properties and their locations carefully. Holidaymakers can book www.fincallorca.de a property on the website by exploring photos, drone videos, and 3D-layout plans of the house and its grounds, before checking availability and then booking their chosen object. Fincallorca GmbH is a member of the German ReiseVerband (Travel Association).
The Advantages
Fincallorca GmbH is based in Bielefeld, Germany. The employees maintain regular and good contact with the owners of the houses, so that an optimal product can be displayed. The service-oriented website also offers comprehensive information to users regarding their chosen villa.
The Founders
Fincallorca GmbH founder Ralf zur Linde has been from 2014 to 2019 the CEO of Fincallorca GmbH. He was also the co-creator of the board game 'Finca', which was nominated for the German Game of the Year (Spiel des Jahres) prize in 2009.
