We spent a wonderful week at Finca Son Mito with 6 adults and 4 children. Spacious rooms, a beautiful pool and sufficient good furniture on the terraces left nothing to be desired. The kitchen equipment was sufficient. However, the approach to the finca required increased attention. A rental car is absolutely necessary. The wonderful peace and quiet should also be emphasized. We can highly recommend the finca for a larger group. Many thanks to the owner of the finca for the welcome champagne and the delicious fruit basket.

This was a HAMMER in the truest sense of the word! The finca is over 100 years old and has been completely renovated and refurnished over the past 6 years. Lots of lounges and chill-out areas, a large garden, table tennis table, tennis court, gym and training room with sound system and large TV, a heated pool, spacious rooms and good beds! An amazing offer! The villa is located on the edge of Cala Ratjada (Son Moll) directly by the sea, separated only by a footpath. The sandy beach can be reached in 1 minute on foot, the village in just 5 minutes with a variety of bars and restaurants right on the promenade - simply WOW! The landlord Joaquin and his wife were very helpful, friendly and always available. Shopping facilities in a large supermarket nearby (1 min by car, 10 min on foot). We were with the whole family in the finca and had a harmonious and unforgettable week - many thanks to FINACALLORCA and the landlord couple! We will gladly book again through FINCALLORCA - the whole process from the first contact to the last worked out excellently! Best regards Beate and Wolfgang

This was our second time at this finca. Unfortunately the condition has not improved in the last 2 years. It clearly lacks a little more love. You can clearly see that there is no investment in maintenance. Fittings, shutters, doors, sofas, outdoor furniture, everything could do with a freshening up which would significantly improve the overall impression. A few proper cushions for the garden loungers and cushions for the chairs outside would also be good. The location on top of the hill with the panoramic view to Porto Cristo, the sea and Manacor is great and if you are looking for peace and quiet you will definitely find it here.

The two of us spent two weeks in this beautiful finca. The equipment is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is of very high quality and the kitchen in particular has everything you need for self-catering (oven, microwave, kettle, blender, various coffee machines and much more). Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also on site. There were even some mattresses and water toys by the pool. Separate towels were also provided for sunbathing. The cleanliness must be particularly emphasized. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, nothing looked worn. We had direct and fast communication with the landlords and they were super friendly. The finca is in a very rural location, so you definitely need a car. But with a car you can reach a large supermarket and a Müller drugstore within 10 minutes. Palma is also only a 20 minute drive away. The beauty of the property is that it is undisturbed and spacious. Apart from sheep and rabbits, there are no neighbors. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets there. We would recommend the finca to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but also wants to get back to life quickly.

First of all, it is noticeable that the finca is fully booked for the whole season, but so far only has 4 reviews for 2024 - and all of them are remarkably positive. In 2023 there were 5 reviews. And almost all relatively good. (Except for Ingrid's review from April 2023, which is very close to our impression!) Where are the bad reviews? That makes you wonder. I also wonder how the people who rate so highly actually live at home....? The pictures are totally outdated and no longer correspond to the current condition, especially not the pool area. The finca is inadequate in terms of the hygienic standard of the kitchen and the bed. I hope that there will be the possibility to upload pictures to prove my statements. It just leaves me stunned. There is no real worktop in the kitchen, but a surface covered with natural stone. These have large gaps between them (joint area), from which the joint material is now missing in many places, where everything runs and falls in: leftover food, crumbs, all liquids that are spilled on the surface. An El Dorado for bacteria etc. and impossible to keep clean. The sink was totally filthy, I disposed of used sponges and cloths. Unbelievable. Cutlery, chipped and cracked crockery, cooking utensils scorched or Teflon chipped. The kitchen utensils are a cheap (unpaid?) collection of the lowest category.
